Privacy and Conduct Policy

1. The 48HFP will not share the information that you enter into your profile.
2. The 48HFP will use the information to send you notices about the 48 Creative Directory and Join a Team forums and infrequently send you a message re: the 48HFP in your city.  It is expected that if you wish to receive regular notifications, you will subscribe to the 48HFP newsletter.
3. Terms of Use:
   1. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately.
   2. Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the Directory and/or Join a Team forums after two warnings are issued by moderators.
   3. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the Directory and/or Join a Team forums.
   4. Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.
   5. Bandwidth. The 48HFP reserves the right to remove large images, videos, or other posted material in order to preserve bandwith.
   6. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
